Ongoing Improvements for the Airline

Their leadership have been focusing to turn operations around after years with budget reductions, technology issues, strikes, plus large-scale layoffs.

BA noted that application of artificial intelligence contributed to them to achieve the airline's timeliness at peak performance from over a decade ago.

Financial Results

Earlier this year, the carrier announced a rise in operating profits for the first half recently, assisting IAG’s results upward.

IAG is set to report its financial performance for the quarter this summer shortly.
